Attorney For "Doc Hollywood" Says Aggravated Assault Charges Too Much

William Ricker Ferguson, who also goes by Richard Ferguson awaits a preliminary hearing which will determine if he will face trial for aggravated assault. His attorney, Rudy Bautista, says charging someone with aggravated assault in a medical case is too much. He's hoping to make the charges go away.
