Integrative Massage Therapy

You’d think that massage was very individualized. But when you consider it, most massages are really the same with just the client changing.
That’s not the case at Saltz Spa Vitoria, where our integrative massage therapy gives the client an active role in the massage.
What is integrative massage therapy?
Integrative massage combines a number of different modalities including massage, somatic therapy, and bodywork techniques. It also involves stress management, touch therapy, reflective listening, movement re-patterning, and energy work.
The client is involved
In our integrative massage therapy, our patients work closely with our licensed massage therapist, Yuliia Bacon. The therapist and the client form a strong bond and connection in these sessions. This connection is what allows for the release and flow of life energies, allowing the body’s natural healing processes to take over.
What are the benefits of integrative massage therapy?
The concept here is that the massage therapy should fit the needs of the person. By using multiple techniques for each individual problem of the body, they can be targeted and addressed with a unique, tailored approach.
Integrative massage at Saltz Spa Vitoria renews you physically, mentally, and spiritually. It takes a fully holistic approach to your well-being. Specifically, integrative massage can be beneficial for migraines, lower back pain, and chronic pain.
Between you and Yuliia, you’ll decide what you need and how many sessions you think you’ll want to have. As Yuliia gets to know you and your specific problem areas, you can set any future sessions from there.
