Not Seeing the Appointment You’re Looking For?
We offer a select number of medical spa treatments for online booking to ensure appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently. If you do not see the service you’re looking for, please call us at (801) 274-9500 during regular business hours or submit a contact form, and our concierge team will assist you promptly.
Online Scheduling & Appointment Policy
For your convenience, select appointments are available for online booking. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your consultation fee or treatment if you proceed. Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a $150 no-show fee.
