Not Seeing the Appointment You’re Looking For?
We offer a select number of medical spa treatments for online booking to ensure appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently. If you do not see the service you’re looking for, please call us at (801) 274-9500 during regular business hours or submit a contact form, and our concierge team will assist you promptly.
Online Scheduling & Appointment Policy
For your convenience, select appointments can be booked online. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your consultation fee or treatment.
Surgical consultations require 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 72 hours' notice, or a no-show, incurs a $200 fee.
Spa appointments require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show, results in forfeiture of your deposit plus a $150 fee.
